LLA Spotlight: Beth Boazzo

Beth is a Speech Language Pathologist who has been with LLA for almost four years. She serves clients at the Hudson Clinic. She became interested in speech therapy after her grandpa had a stroke when she was a teenager and lost his ability to verbally communicate. One of her favorite things about being a therapist is all of the energy and funny moments working with children provides!

Describe your role at LLA:
I am a pediatric speech-language pathologist
What is your therapy passion?
I enjoy my entire caseload, but I really like working with preschool and early intervention clients.
What is your best advice for parents who are embarking on a journey with therapy with their kiddo?
I encourage parents to be patient, flexible, and follow through with practice at home.
What is your favorite team?
The Ohio State University football team – GO BUCKEYES!
What is your favorite sport?
If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go?
What do you like to do in your free time?
I like to be outside and garden in my free time.
What is your favorite pizza topping?
My favorite pizza is a buffalo chicken pizza from a pizzeria in Summit, New Jersey
