LLA Spotlight: Lauryn Berry
We have amazing therapists at LLA and want to showcase them to you! This week, meet Lauryn Berry!
Lauryn is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who has been with LLA for just over one year. She serves clients in our Fairlawn ABA office. She chose to become a BCBA after finishing her Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology, where she took a year off and spent time volunteering at a school for children with Autism and other developmental disabilities in Columbus. Through this experience she was introduced to Applied Behavior Analysis and saw it in action with children of all ages. She fell in love with the science and ended up switching career paths to get her Master’s degree in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis. Her favorite part about being a BCBA is that she loves working with individuals with Autism because they teach her something new every day. Lauryn loves being part of each child’s ‘team’ and being able to play a small role in their growth and development.
