LLA Spotlight: Madison Letcho
Madison has been a Registered Behavior Technician with LLA Therapy since January of 2021. She currently practices at the LLA ABA clinic in Fairlawn. Her favorite part about working at LLA is getting to know the kids. They are all so unique and I love connecting with them by doing the things they love to do. I love seeing them exited to engage in what they’re doing and learning in the process.
Why Did You Become A Therapist?
I enjoy working with children! Also, I am working towards becoming a speech-language pathologist. Therefore, this position is a great learning opportunity for me to gain some clinical experience before begining graduate school.
What Is Your Role At LLA Therapy?
As a Registered Behavior Technician, I work one on one with children by implementing behavior plans written by BCBAs. I also work on skill acquisition goals determined by BCBAs and take data on the children’s progress.

How Did You Discover Your Passion For Working With Children?
Around sixteen I started volunteering at my church doing Sunday school classes with children in kindergarten. I realized how much fun I had interacting with them and continued to look for more opportunities to work with them. When I started giving horseback riding lessons to children I then learned how much I enjoy working one on one with them.
