Troy McClowry was born in Alliance, OH and has spent his entire life in Northeastern Ohio. Troy graduated from John Carroll University with a degree in Communications before earning a Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology from Kent State University. Troy’s uncle was a Speech Language Pathologist and he inspired Troy to pursue a career in the field. When Troy worked at Camp Sue Osborn he knew that he wanted to spend his career working with children.
Troy has been with LLA Therapy for 20 years. Under his direction LLA has expanded exponentially. He finds working with his staff and the families of his clients the most rewarding aspect of his work. While not in the office, Troy enjoys spending time with his family and working on his golf game.
Director of Behavior Services
Kim is originally from Boston, MA where she completed her Master of Science degree in behavior analysis and a Bachelor of Science in neuroscience from Simmons University. Her success in the field of behavior analysis has allowed her the opportunity to consult to more than a dozen states within the U.S. and Canada. Kim served on the board for Hawaii Association for Behavior Analysts for three years and as the President in 2017. She is one of the founding board members for a non-profit organization, Together for Our Keiki, which provides advocacy services to parents in the state of Hawaii. Her experiences include consulting in home, vocational, educational, and clinic settings. Kim’s experience extends to adult services: from transitioning and integrating adults into community, providing vocational support, and collaborating with medical professionals to develop desensitization programs such as dental, EKG, and ultrasounds. She has worked with children and adults with Autism spectrum disorder, Down syndrome, and Intellectual Disability with dual diagnosis such as Oppositional defiant disorder, Bipolar, Post-traumatic stress disorder, Traumatic brain injury, Anti-social disorder, and other Mood disorders. Kim now lives in Medina County with her husband, three daughters, and Tucker (black and tan coonhound). When she has the time, she enjoys hiking, reading, yoga, painting, traveling, and attending conferences.
Human Resources Director
Vicky Broderick has been a part of the LLA team for two years. As the Clinic Coordinator, Vicky supervises and assists with billing, scheduling and other administrative duties such as insurance credentialing. Vicky finds the atmosphere at LLA inspiring, “I find it truly rewarding to help people on the administrative side of things. In a world where billing and scheduling can be so daunting and complicated, I like being able to help people and provide excellent customer service.”
A native of Cuyahoga Falls, Vicky enjoys spending time with her son, as well as yoga, hiking, and kayaking on the Cuyahoga River.
Director of Operations
Beth Sugerman is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University with a bachelor of science degree in Occupational Therapy and has worked at LLA Therapy for the past 9 years and with PRN Therapy for 21 years before the company was acquired by LLA. Her primary responsibilities include the day-to-day operations in all areas including contracts, as well as management of the OT and PT staff in these school contracts. She manages help schedule staff for short term staffing and assists with some HR duties relating to staff. Beth says “the most favorite part of my job is nurturing the relationships I have built with LLA Therapy therapists as well as our customers.”
Born in West Hartford, Connecticut, Beth and her husband Irb have lived in Ohio since 1978. Together they have raised three sons, and one is married with two children. Since more of her family live out of state, Beth enjoys traveling to spend time with them. She also enjoys hiking, golf, and playing mahjong with a group of close friends.
Director of Home Health Services
Susan Warth earned her BA in Physical Therapy from Marquette University and worked with PRN Therapy for 20 years, and then joined the LLA team when PRN Therapy was acquired four years ago. She volunteered in the physical therapy department during high school and knew then that this was the career for her. As the Home Health Coordinator, Susan oversees direct patient care, home health staff management, home health scheduling and order management, home health QA, and home health contract management.
Susan was born and raised in Canton where she still resides. In her spare time, Susan enjoys sports events, reading, outdoor activities, and spending time with family and friends.
Director of Clinic Services
Bridget Francisco has a Master’s Degree in Communication Disorders and has experience working with children with autism. Bridget has been a member of the LLA team for eight years and as the Director of Clinic Services her primary responsibilities include working with staff to develop excellent customer service skills and competencies as therapists, creating and implementing clinic practices and procedures, developing educational opportunities for our therapists, coordination of summer programs and community outreach opportunities, and providing evaluations and treatment for clinic caseload.
Bridget grew up in Cuyahoga Falls and after years of moving to in Virginia, Kentucky, North Dakota, Texas, and South Carolina, she has since returned to Ohio and currently resides in Hudson. When not at LLA, Bridget enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, reading, and repurposing or refurbishing antiques.
Director of Business Development
After graduating from Ohio University with a degree in Hearing, Speech, and Language Sciences, and then the University of Cincinnati with a Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology, Matt Hagge joined the team at LLA Therapy. Matt coordinates all therapy programs, telepractice, and nursing services for public and private schools, academies, charter schools, online schools, county boards of developmental disabilities, staffing agencies and home health agencies. He also operates and manages all LLA marketing efforts, he is the Director of the Stars and Stripes Program, and works as a Speech Language Pathologist in area schools.
A native of Northeastern Ohio, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife Ashley, who is also a speech language pathologist, and their two children. He also enjoys photography, DIY projects around the house, watching sports, and traveling whenever he is able.
